folder merged in android sync

Hello, My bookmarks toolbar in PC Firefox contains a few folders. Recently I've done a reset to my android phone. Since then syncing works fine, besides merging the folders content to one and putting all the content in one folder. The PC's Firefox Responds accordingly and merges all the content to one folder and therefor the other are empty. How can the problem be solved? Thanks, Amitai

I forgot to add that all folders have no name, only a favicon, Maybe thats the reason? If so why did the problem start only after doing the reset?
