Lost Menu Bar
Suddenly, I no longer have the Menu Bar at the top of the page when I go out to a website. It is visible if I launch without a webpage visible. Why has this happened and how can I get it back?

I am running an iMac on OS 10.6.8
Chosen solution
Make sure that you do not run Firefox in Full Screen mode (press F11 or Fn + F11 to toggle; Mac: Command+Shift+F).
Try to rename (or delete) the xulstore.json file in the Firefox profile folder. You can use this button to go to the current Firefox profile folder:
- Help > Troubleshooting Information > Profile Directory: Show Folder (Linux: Open Directory; Mac: Show in Finder)

Before I received your reply, I was exploring the Firefox window when I saw an indication that I was inadvertently in fullscreen mode. Thanks for the keyboard way to leave full screen.
