Sorry but there is no development of a mobile Firefox for any Windows Phones devices and not planned for anytime soon.

Firefox is only for desktop Windows, Mac OSX, Linux. Mobile Firefox for Android 2.3+. As a shell browser for iOS8+ and there is the "Firefox OS" for some phones and certain Panasonic Tv's.
