Firefox crashes
I haven't been able to use Firefox for the last week. I have tried installing and uninstalling and using all your support articles. I keep getting a message that my profile is inaccessible or missing. I have been able to locate my profile and it showed that I crashed on 10/7. But not sure what to do next. Please help.

Open your Profile Manager. See if the profile you want to use is listed.

Look on your desktop. Do you see a folder called; Old Firefox?
