Sync resets every time I close Firefox, EVEN THOUGH that Clear history when Firefox closes is unchecked!

Hi, Sync resets every time I close Firefox, EVEN THOUGH that Clear history when

Firefox closes is unchecked! Also , everytime i re-login in to sync and go to my settings, that Clear history when

Firefox closes box as re-checked itself! So i keep having to uncheck it-- it doesn't seem

to stay! What's the problem? Thanks!
