In attempting to download old mail, I discovered that the "popstate.dat" file was listed under my very old mail server (at least 5 years ago) in the Local Directory. In fact, that Mail Server was prominent in several places in Thunderbird Profiles, and I could find none for my current ATT mail program. My mail from ATT seems to be arriving just fine. I tried deleting the popstate file to recover old mail but nothing was there, and I was never able to recover old lost mail. Should I not be showing that my local directory is for ATT mail? Granted, I'm confused! Any help would be greatly appreciated.
