Press the Alt or F10 key bring up the tool bar.

Type about:customizing<enter> in the address bar. Look for Show / Hide Toolbars at the bottom left.

There is also a Restore Defaults button at the bottom middle.

I can't even get to firefox tools How do I get there when FIrefox does not appear on my screen My screen show Yahoo but no tool bar I cannot find the toolbar I had on screen before
