I'm using Linux Mint and trying to do instant play on Netflix. On Firefox (ver 40.0.3) I log into my account, select the movie/show I want to view and get either 1) a note at the top of the page stating I need to update my browser 2) nothing happens or 3) it will send me to a page telling me what system parameters my computer needs to do a browser upgrade. From the Google Chrome browser after I select the show, I get sent to another page that says "Whoops, something went wrong....unexpected error. There was an unexpected error. Please reload the page and try again. Error code: M7063-1913" I have tried numerous fixes but nothing has worked? Any help would be appreciated.
