when are you going to repair the Webroot toolbar add-on??

more options

I have read all the post pertaining to the loss of Webroot password toolbar. Your answers solve nothing and do not take responsibility for the problem. I like others have had the toolbar and lost it when booting my system. I have installed their repair and was able to get the toolbar back. Sometimes it shows up and sometimes it doesn't. Webroot techs have taken over my system and can't get the toolbar back. They blame you and you blame them. I say it worked until your last update so I say it's you problem. Telling us to use your password manager doesn't address the problem. If you don't want our business just say so. There are other browsers we can and will gladly use. Ignoring the problem and refusing to address it honestly is the surest way to loose our business.

Sorry, but the responsibility lies with Webroot - even if Firefox was changed and their add-on got broken. Like it or not - "them's the rules of the game". If the Webroot developers don't like the rules, "they can take their ball and go home" - the game of Firefox will go on without Webroot and their Firefox add-ons.
