How come B5TBubble.exe runs once I open Firefox? Its properties show that it is created by Firefox but its plug-in and extension is not verified by Firefox.

I recently installed Firefox and I noticed that everytime I open it, B5TBubble.exe is also running as my Norton 360 gives me a pop-up. B5TBubble.exe is a Chinese site (帮5淘 - 帮5买旗下购物助手) which I never vist as I only surf English sites. it is located in my AppData\Local\Temp folder and from its properties, it is originated from Firefox.exe. However, from the Add-ons Manager, I can find its plug-in and extension alert telling me that it is not verified by Firefox. I have disabled the plug in and removed the extension but it comes back when I open Firefox next time. How come it comes with Firefox installation and yet, it is not verified. Is it safe and can I remove it completely and how? (I am from Hong Kong.)

No version of Firefox for Windows from mozilla.org comes with this either in Firefox or with setup install. Firefox is clean.

From some searching it is related to shoppingAssistant malware?

Hi James, please see the attached 5 screenshots for your information. I have used Norton Power Eraser to check for malwares but there is none. It only runs when I open Firefox, but not chrome or IE. Norton insight shows that it is originated from Firefox. I have chosen "never to activate" to disable its plugin and also its extension which I have actually removed too but it comes back once I open firefox next time.
