Firefox hs become unusable due to the "shopping assistant" that keeps popping up. Every click, it pops up again. Changed preferences but didn't help.

Firefox has become unusable due to the "shopping assistant" that keeps popping up (ads by rightcoupon). Every time I click to navigate through Amazon and other websites, it pops up again and again and again...... I clicked on the tool icon where it gives the option to disable it but that didn't work. I tried the option to get rid of it for a week but that didn't work either. I have had to start using Internet Explore. I have been a faithful Firefox user so I though you might want to know how terrible this pop up is.

Hi, please try working through Remove Right Coupon pop-up ads (Virus Removal Guide) by Malware Tips.

Note that not all removal programs will detect all malware, so you may need to run several or all of them.
