In Window XP my newsgroup address is east.sonic-news.com. I cannot get anything near that to work in Thunderbird. In fact I have about 7 defunct newsgroup address in Thunderbird that I am unable to remove...now can I remove these? And can one access newsgroups in Thunderbird? I see there is a 'Manage Newsgroups' menu but I cannot get it to work? . . . .thanks. chas
