iOS 10.6.8 & suddenly Firefox opens to show only a blank white void instead of any browser content not even an address bar. Wrong Ffox version?
iOS 10.6.8 on Macbook Air. Suddenly, opening Firefox browser reveals a vast empty white space where browser window should be. Only recognizable parts showing are the 3 upper left-hand buttons for x, - and + (to close, minimize or maximize), and the Menu Bar on the top (Firefox...File...Edit....etc) shows. But select a drop down menu item and instead of opening a drop down box or another window, I just see the blank white browser window.
Tried deleting Firefox from applications and Dock, then from garbage, reinstalling, (it installed ver. 39), then opening.
Again same vast blank white screen showed only as the browser for Firefox.
So...what version should I be using for elderly 10.6.8? You are up to ver. 40 now is that too high? THANK YOU

Are you running Firefox in a VM (virtual machine) environment?
You could be seeing this bug:
- bug 1180688 - On OSX 10.10 yosemite VM everything renders as black or white except popups/panels
