firefox not loading sites or loads them, but without styles on new profile

I am using Firefox 40 Windows 10 pro. That's all began when I refreshed my firefox. After that mozila's websites have no styling and on some http secured sites I've got sec_error_bad_signature. I tried the safe mode, but this didn't help. Also I tried to create new firefox profile this also was useless, but when I restored my old profile everything worked like a clock. Today I tried to reinstall firefox and still got these errors. Other browsers work fine. Anti-Virus scan have shown nothing. Can some one help me with this?

hi, in case you're an avast user, please try to disable https scanning within avast:

  1. Open the Avast dashboard on the affected system.
  2. Select Settings from the left sidebar menu.
  3. Switch to Active Protection.
  4. Click on Customize next to Web Shield.
  5. Uncheck the "Enable HTTPS Scanning" option and click ok.
