every time i click on a search bar it puts the cursor in the url bar

any time i click on a search bar like a google search bar the cursor is there for a second and i start typing and then the cursor goes to the url bar on the top of the page when i didnt even click it and types up there then i click the google search bar again and it does the same thing, and this happens four or five times until i finally get the words in the google search bar
