I just loaded Hello but am getting an error for smpt.cox.net. How do I fix this

I received an error message with my first Hello invite. I believe the Cox support person gave me the wrong server types. The error I received was : "smpt.cox.net could not be found".

How do I go back and amend the servers for incoming and outgoing email?
