Trying to send out an email and get a message that can't open the temporary file and to check the "Temporary Directory" settings. What is this & what do I do?

I have this problem now too - have used mozilla for several years so not a new download or anything could someone let me know where the temporary directory setting is please ??

Sending of the message failed. Unable to open the temporary file C:\Users\*****\AppData\Local\Temp\nsmail-2.tmp. Check your 'Temporary Directory' setting.
