In went to your site and downloaded the full version. It goes through the process and then when it's over it disappears from the screen. I tried to find the file but it doesn't exist in my apps or hard drive. I also saved it but with the same results. I am using Windows 8.1, and had to download using Internet Explorer because my google chrome stopped working 2 days ago. I tried to fix this myself and the troubleshooter said that my DNS may be unavailable? Thank You

Are you using anything besides Norton?

also,

Using another computer, Download Firefox Full Version For All languages And Systems {web link} onto a thumb drive. After, plug the thumb into your system.

Open Norton, and look in the quarantine folder / section.

Thanks, I tried this but was unable to find the file in Quarantine. I saved the file, there is a run prompt, but it won't turn on. Was also able to put an icon on the desktop for installation, but it doesn't work.
