i noticed your site looks like it wants to help. i also notice like any fortune 500 company you DONT havea way of contacting people or a way to contact you.

You know, actual human volunteers read and reply to questions here. Do you usually find it helpful to abuse people of whom you are requesting favors, like donating part of their lunch hour to assist you?
Mozilla is not in a position to offer telephone support for Firefox. This is one of the downsides of free software.
