Why when i open my emails, it's blank inside?

Today something very weird happened, after receiving a usual email from a customer, this email and all the previous ones went blank (lost all inside content). But the new emails I receive are working just fine. Can somebody please help me fix this issue? Thankkk youuu!

right click the folder, select properties and then the repair button to rebuild the index of mail in the folder.
