Firefox won't upgrade or takes very long. What's happening?
I log in as administrator, and a click the firefox package, and it says "extracting files". Once that's complete, it comes to a screen that says downloading. However, it just keep appearing to download with the green bar light going from side to side, and nothing appears to be happening. Left it like that for several hours. Any yet, it did not upgrade.
Also not. logged in as another user, it stated firefox is being upgraded by another instance. What's the problem?

Try this:
- Download the Firefox installer and save the file to the desktop
https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/ - Start the installation with a double-click on the desktop icon
