How do I fix this? "We are unable to display the mashup content. Remove the mashup item and try again to resolve this issue."

"We are unable to display the mashup content. This happens if the system detects an invalid URL. Remove the mashup item and try again to resolve this issue."

I get this message everytime I try to play a video for one of my college classes. I don't know how to go about making the changes.
