secondary links won't work. Also jigsaw puzzles grayed out.

Example: creating an American Greetings card. I can't get past step 1. When I click on step 2 nothing happens. I get Jigzone sent to my mail every day. Each puzzle is grayed out & won't work. It sounds like a Java issue, but Firefox won't accept the Javascript update.
