Recent utilitybill only gave imageview.spx as the option to view my bill. How do I handle this.?
Actually, when I search for imageview.aspx it seems to be used for images (makes sense from the name), so you could try renaming with a .jpg extension on the assumption that it's probably a JPEG image.Read this answer in context 👍 0

Hi bgoalen, Does Firefox ask you what app to open the file in? You may need to search for an app in the play store that supports that file extension.
Cannot find simple app to fix this. Must be free.
I did some more research on this: http://fileinfo.com/extension/spx It looks like the file can only be opened on desktop, however I did notice VLC, ist there a mobile VLC version, or is this file meant to be audio?
Did you mean xps file? https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.igates.office&hl=en
Maybe it was aspx, which uses Microsoft ASP.net technology.
Were you long pressing a link to save it? Unfortunately, you may be saving only an intermediate page in that case.
What happens if you tap the link to launch the PDF (I assume the destination page is a PDF)?
If you end up saving imageview.aspx and you know it is PDF, you can use a File Manager app to go to the download folder and rename the file with a .pdf extension. If you don't have one, this is one I've used: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.estrongs.android.pop
