Firefox Crash when printing

Dear support forum,

Every time I try to print or Ctrl+P my whole firefox just freezes. I tried disabling hardware acceleration. It did not work. I tried running the print in Safe mode; still freezes. I tried help > Troubleshooting > Refresh Firefox - did not work.

Lastly, I tried uninstalling Firefox on Control panel - and reinstalling it. That worked. My history, bookmarks came back - but that is the 2nd time I had to do this.

Everytime it crash, it usually comes with a Window error message stating plugin-container.exe failed. I did not take the screenshot.

If you need a report, please let me know how I can provide one for you.

Please also make sure that all Fix printing problems in Firefox have been tried.

Hello try also to boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) and then see if you can print without problems.
