I get the blue and white striped image but nothing happens for over an hour - this has been happening for months as previously reported - is there a phone tech I can call - I am extremely frustrated - help - Ron

Hi Ron, Mozilla doesn't have staff to provide phone support, sorry.

If updating doesn't work, you might be able to update by trashing your current Firefox application and downloading the new one. However, as a Windows user, I probably should just refer you to the help article: How to download and install Firefox on Mac (I think for a failed upgrade you get referred back to that article).
