Will FireFox support the new Windows 10, Free desktop operation being offered to me by Microsoft?

Posted

Not out YET... but on the way... and I will be notified after "RESERVING" a copy. Their publication appeared on my opening screen at time of a fresh daily startup.... Windows offering their new operation system to me for free... 3GB of space req'd. It would replace my present Windows 7 program. They are indicating "no problems", just make my computer experience better. Offers aps and other new modern approaches to the electronics we now are exposed to, PLUS Better Security and Safety.... Any opinions on this?

Apparently some Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 users will get a free update to Windows 10 when it is released this Summer: http://blogs.windows.com/bloggingwindows/2015/05/15/genuine-windows-and-windows-10/

There probably are other sites where you can find more opinions about whether to rush into that. I personally will not be in a hurry.

Firefox compatibility I expect Firefox to work with Windows 10, but it's a little early to know what "gotchas" there might be. So far we've had posts saying Firefox couldn't print on the preview edition of Windows 10, but that might have been cleared up by now.
