<<hangs head in shame>> I filled the problem page, complete with Dropbox links to screen captures of my problem, and I put/registered with the wrong email (llshabari@aol.com, LaurenHeller). Can you please retrieve it? Here's what I wrote in that post: After resetting my start-up page to Google.com, I keep getting a blank diag box dropping down from the browser field. It has an action bar & box to click, but clicking them doesn't clear it. I've deleted the Google folder in the Library, and the App from my Applications folder, restarted -- to no avail. While we're here, I also cannot get a new Tab, either from the "+" or Cmd T (this is annoying, but at least I can still use Firefox. I'm operating on a (max out) 2005 Macbook Pro running iOS 10.6.8.
