Are you using POP or IMAP ? Is it gmail ?

If IMAP have you subscribed to see the 'Trash' / 'Deleted Items' or what that folder is called on the imap server/webmail account ? what is it called ?

If IMAP and you have subscribed to see the 'Deleted' folder, have you selected to put deleted items in that folder on the imap account ? tools > account Settings > Server settings for imap mail account or right clickon mail account name and select 'Settings' then select 'Server settings' for the imap mail account when I delete messages: select: Move them to select the Deleted folder name on imap mail account. click on OK

Thanks for Info I use IMAP done all what you you wrote before you sent it but still nothing regards
