Window border not showing on Windows XP

The blue border that appears on most Windows XP programs isn't showing on the sides or top of Firefox which also means I am unable to move the window. This problem began a yesterday after the browser updated.

See attached image for what the problem looks like, also I forgot to say that it's Firefox Developer Edition

Does this only happen with the dark theme or with other themes as well?

There are more themes available via the Themes button in the Customize palette.

When I switch themes it fixes it until I shrink the window then the default theme does the same as above

A new update was just made available, I installed it and it seems to have fixed the problem
