I have Mac OS 10.10.3 and the current version of Thunderbird. Thunderbird crashes every time I submit a message to newsgroups and I can't see any way to fix it.

Is your video driver software up to date?
Does crash stop if you start thunderbird in safe mode, or install 38 beta from http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/channel/ ?

Any ng, every time. Thunderbird crashes and the crash reporter opens.
please go to Help menu (alt+H) > troubleshooting information Click on the "all crash reports" under the crash reports heading and copy and paste to a message here. Then we can have a look at them

I'm almost positive it was the video driver. I got two updates from Nvidia within a couple of days of each other, and the second update seemed to fix the problem, since Thunderbird has been working correctly since. Thanks.
