I recently deleted the photos in my iPhoto, and I gather from information given by other Mac users that I can't recover them because I hadn't activated the Time Machine until after the deletion. However, I'd like to know if I can set up the Time Machine for future use. I'd like to send information to my hard drive rather than some outside source. I do have an external hard drive I could use if needed. When I enter the Time Machine, I don't know what to put into the box for place to send info.
