Hi coolbuddy, Thank you for your question, I understand that Firefox is crashing on start up. In order to troubleshoot please first try the following:

  1. Start Firefox in Safe Mode: Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode
  2. Troubleshoot Firefox crashes (closing or quitting unexpectedly)
  3. Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware

Please post back with the results.
