Why can't I access some websites, which report "waiting for encrypted google.com?"

Posted

I can access a partial webpage, but not enter it, as it reports "waiting for encrypted google.com." I can access these websites with Internet Explorer, but not Firefox.

In the newest Firefox, some security protocols were disabled. But some web sites are still using them. https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/Firefox/Releases/37/Site_Compatibility#Security https://blog.mozilla.org/security/2014/09/23/phasing-out-certificates-with-sha-1-based-signature-algorithms/ https://blog.mozilla.org/security/2015/01/28/phase-2-phasing-out-certificates-with-1024-bit-rsa-keys/
