setting Voicemail number

I have a ZTE open running Firefox OS 1.2 and I'm using Ting as my service provider. When I try to get to my voicemail by holding down the 1 key it just rings. I'm told I need to program in the voicemail number that I want to connect to and I can't find how to do this in the settings. Can anyone offer some help or guidance?
