How can I open websites that I put in the drop-down menu when I click on the blue arrow for the drop-down

Posted

I have windows XP. I use msn.com for my home page. I have entered websites that I want to go to daily. These sites are in the drop-down menu when I click on the little blue down arrow. When I click on any of those sites, they will not open. What can I do to correct this.

Your user agent shows that you run Firefox in compatibility mode for Windows 98 (NT 4.10).

  • User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 4.10; rv:37.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/37.0

Make sure that you do not run Firefox in compatibility mode. You can open the Properties of the Firefox desktop shortcut via the right-click context menu and check the "Compatibility" tab. Make sure that all items are deselected in the "Compatibility" tab of the Properties window.
