My replied messages contain only HTML code apparently.

Hey guys! Pretty new to Thunderbird.

When I reply to people on my Thunderbird, the recipients are just receiving html code.

I'm using one account on 2 different computers for my eBay messages, how do I stop this?

Weird thing is, one of the accounts works fine and the other doesn't.

And I noticed when I reply on the one I've got a problem with, the field for me to type my reply is based down at the bottom, whereas the one that is fine, I have to type at the top (which I prefer anyway).

I didn't set either of them up, I used an IT technician, but he knew nothing about Mozilla and it took him ages. So I can't ask him, and I'm sure one of you geniuses can help me :) Plus if I did ask him, it would probably take him ages again.

One thing I could do is update the version and see what happens. If that works I'm sorry for wasting your time.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hey Gnospen thanks for your help, but I think you may have a slightly different version to me.

I had a look but couldn't find "auto detect" on my updated version. I have the most recent version apparently.

31.5.0 us version. I disabled all my addon's still got it. What was your setting?
