I know it is possible to keep flash cookies separated by creating different user accounts on the computer but are there any other way?

I want to be able to enable/dissable a flashcookie without having to delete it. I need flash cookies for certain sites so the option to disallow flash from leaving cookies at all is out of question.

Is there any good flash cookies manager that can encrypt/decrypt and remove/import them when i want to so they will only be recognized by flash when i choose?

You could consider using separate Firefox profiles within the same OS account. Also you could open a private browsing tab.

I will have to leave it to others to answer about any addons or mangers that may be suitable.

Different firefox profiles does not separate flash cookies. Flash cookies are placed in %APPDATA%\Macromedia\Flash Player\#SharedObjects and %APPDATA%\Macromedia\FlashPlayer\macromedia.com\support\flashplayer\sys. It does not matter if you use chrome or firefox flash cookies are shared between different browsers.
