My homepage won't stay the same.

Hello, I have something called "freshy" or "tightrope" that causes my firefox to always open to this web page:

http://search.yahoo.com/?ei=utf-8&fr=tightropetb&type=11059_022115

I can change the homepage back to anything I want, and as long as I stay in the same session, it will work. If I close firefox and re-open it, then it returns back to this page. I think it is a redirect virus. I have ran a full boot scan and used Microsoft's scanner and this shows up in none of them. I even uninstalled firefox and re-installed it, and it is still there. I uninstalled a program called "freshy toolbar" that showed up one day. Nothing helps. Please, I want rid of this! Thanks

Your More System Details shows that you have a user.js file which is probably the cause of your problem with "freshy".

Help > Troubleshooting Information --> Profile Folder - Show Folder - then look for that user.js file and delete it. It's an optional file that is either user created or created by malware.
