Hi Ererer,

Unfortunately, it is not possible to install .apk packages on Firefox OS.

If, however, the application has a web-app or mobile version of their website available, you may access those services and pin them to your Firefox OS Homescreen.

You may also write directly to the developers and request that they create a version that is compatible with HTML5 and the Open Web. =)
