When I click on submit button in any form, browser reaction to the click is slow. When form is big enough, I get a warning (picture included). It happens even in browser safe mode.

What does it mean? Why warning says chrome: if I'm using Firefox?

Firefox 27.0.1 under Windows 7

That looks like a problem with an extension related to formhistory.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.

  • Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window

Yeah, I kinda wrote in the first post that I tried safe mode. No luck. What is left to try is totally new profile.

what extensions do you have installed (enabled and disabled)?

Try to rename (or delete) the formhistory.sqlite file in the Firefox profile folder. You can use this button to go to the currently used Firefox profile folder:

Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problem.

See "Creating a profile":

If the new profile works then you can transfer files from a previously used profile to the new profile, but be cautious not to copy corrupted files to avoid carrying over problems.
