An error occurred during a connection to services.addons.mozilla.org. Peer's Certificate has been revoked. (Error code: sec_error_revoked_certificate)
Note: I just downloaded Firefox on a brand new Surface Pro 3 with Win 8.1 installed. There is nothing on the machine yet to be causing issues. It's FF 35.0.1. There are no add-ons or Extensions except what came with the install because the first time I went to the add-on page, it gave me the "Secure Connection failed" error" with the notice about how the Peer Certificate has been revoked. (Kind of frustrating when you are trying to set up your desktop -- I don't even use that many add-ons but I'd like to have the few I do.)
Oh, and I wanted to add this to the thread already started on this topic, but since I didn't already have an account in the forum, mozilla support forced me to create a whole new thread. Otherwise, I would have just said "Me too" or "Ditto" but instead you get this ramble.
Thanks in advance for any help.
J.
Chosen solution
This is not a Firefox 35.0.1 or any version issue but with a revoked cert on services.addons.mozilla.org
The https://addons.mozilla.org still works fine.
