Hi doesn't anyone know why the screen time doesn't work properly on Alcatel E and why i get this message on certain web pages, the device can't display this page because a coding error occurred. I have contacted Alcatel to raise this issues but have little faith any fixes will come soon making this device almost obsolete.

Thank you for contacting Mozilla Support! After reviewing the information that you provided, we think that the best way to fix this issue would be to reset your device.

Warning: Resetting your phone will delete all data stored on the device, including apps, calendar data, email accounts, and settings.

To reset the device, follow these instructions:

  1. Open the Settings App (small) Settings application.
  2. Tap on the Device Information button.
  3. Tap on the More Information button.
  4. Tap on the Reset phone button.
  5. Tap OK to reset your device.

Resetting unfortunately doesn't fix the problem. Also by way of interest, the firefox markeplace app is very laggy. I have instead bookmarked the marketplace and now open this as a bookmark on the desktop, which is much faster?

The version 2.0, firmware 03 004, platform 32. No response from Alcatel.

I'm sorry to hear that you continue to experience issues with your Alcatel OneTouch Fire E even after resetting the device.

Does this issue occur on every webpage that you access? Was this issue always present, since the moment you purchased the device?

I opened bug #1127602 to track this issue. In the meantime, I would advise contacting the place of purchase, as Andrew suggested.
