Firefox crashed when I brought it back all Toolbars were gone, how do I recover them?

Posted

FireFox crashed, When I brought it back up my toolbars were gone. How do I get them back? they are not under history either. Should I try reloading Firefox. This is the first problem I have had with this browser.

First, lets work on the crash. Loading back your profile may result in wasting time if it crashed again.

Look on your desktop. Is there a folder called Old Firefox?

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers, click it and select Submit.

Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.
