I have just been upgraded to v 35.0. Before the upgrade, I could navigate from my bookmarks menu to a sub-menu, and hover over a URL. A right click brought up a context menu that allowed me to Open, Open in a New Tab, Open in a New Window, etc.

After the update, the only options available are Open. The rest of the sub-menu is grayed out. Is the only option now to open a new tab manually and then navigate thru sub-menus to open a site?

Thanks.

Installed Plug-ins

Adobe Shockwave for Director Netscape plug-in, version 12.0.4.144 Adobe Shockwave for Director Netscape plug-in, version 12.0.7.148

Having more than one version of a program may cause issues.

Grab the uninstaller from here: Uninstall Flash Player | Windows Uninstall Flash Player | Mac Then reinstall the latest version.

. . .my bookmarks menu . . . right click brought up a context menu that allowed me to Open . . . . The rest of the sub-menu is grayed out.

That should not happen.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} While you are in safe mode;

Type about:preferences#advanced<Enter> in the address bar.

Under Advanced, Select General. Look for and turn off Use Hardware Acceleration.

Poke around safe web sites. Are there any problems?
