Some emails can't get in or out; our ISP (windstream.net) says the problem is with mozilla. What can I do to fix it?
Using Outlook Express, we find that some emails can't get in and others don't go out, even though there is no error message that alerts us to their non-delivery. Our ISP is windstream.net and their tech support says that the problem like with mozilla. How do I fix this? We have no way to know which emails don't go through and no way of finding out which emails don't get to us unless the people involved contact us and at least three have done so. Please help! Thanks.
