On out going calls I'm able to hear who I called but they can't hear me. Lost all sound for incoming calls messages&notiff also no volume to utube SoundCloud & my own tunes tryed 40+ various ringtones&every setting poss no luck .phone cost 300 &only 14days old took out private insurance but problem before 1st payment so not covered ??.
