All of my personal information is gone. It's like a new Firefox. I don't know where it all went.
I restarted my computer two days ago, which I usually don't. When it restarted, Mozilla was like brand new as if I hadn't used it before. None of my personalization is here. I did that "Start" and then did the %APPDATA%, etc. but nothing showed up. I miss all my things. If anyone can help, I'd be grateful. Thank you.

have you logged into Firefox sync? if you havent then all your stuff is probably gone forever.
Could you tell me how I log into Firefox sync?
Did your computer also lose other stuff in your profile? (Like docs, pictures, your desktop background, etc.) If it did, you have been logged into a temporary profile due to a Windows error. Let us know what's going on and we can address your specific situation.
It did not lose my desktop background and other documents that are in files. But I'm thinking that I'm logged into a "temporary profile due to a Windows error." Thank you for responding and caring.

Check and see if your profile is intact, go to Windows Start, then Run and type in "firefox.exe -p" and see if more than the default profile is listed.
Alternatively/additionally you can open your profile folder by going to Help then Troubleshooting Information then find Profile Folder and Show Folder this will open the current profile folder. Navigate up to locate the parent Profiles folder and see if any other profiles are there.
I really hate to sound lame here, but I can't find the "help" button so that I could get to the troubleshooting information.
Press Alt on the keyboard to temporarily show the menu bar, Help is on the right. Or click the 3 bars on the top right and click the little question mark at the bottom of the pop up.

Thank you, Listeruk. I just did that. What I'm getting is just a new Firefox with no personal information.
I'm remembering a while back this happened to me and I started putting in all new information and restarted personalizing. Then all of a sudden I got a pop-up from Firefox saying something like, "It's been a while since we've seen you and hit here," and I got all my stuff back. I quoted that, but that's not exactly what they said. It was something similar. So somehow my personal stuff is somewhere within Firefox only I can't get at it. :(
