If all you did was to uninstall Firefox, then your profile should still be in your computers user folder. Installing a new Firefox should find the old profile and make use of it.

Did you remove your personal data when you uninstalled or removed Firefox?

If you did then for profile folder(s) have been removed and your personal data is lost.
