Model no. - U105 Fire OS Version - 1.3.0.0.-prerelease Build ID - 20140923151549. Sir, please also fix the slowness and sluggishness while operating the phone as well as assist me in downloading the media files and the .pdf files.

I would have thought that if there is a problem downloading pdf's or media. One solutation may be to use a cable to link your computer to the cell phone and put the pdf files or media on the micro Sd card. On linux platforms this functions like a dream.

Even the improve firefox OS and update OS option in the settings gives an error. The e-mail app also flashes error while opening my gmail a/c. Sometimes while opening a website the browser crashes and also i'm unable to access the .pdf file online through the browser. There are certain bugs and the phone's slowness, steadiness and sluggishness also makes me quite dissapointed. So, i solely request you to please manage to fix these issues and resolve them.

present there is no other browser for u r phone . firefox is going give a new update to u r browser .which will increase u r browsing experince .u can copy and paste any text and other new tools .

Is there any OS update available for my device? Also please manage to fix the crash in the browser.
